What is Syllabub?  Syllabub is a dessert that was popular in Regency England, made of whipped cream, sugar, fruit and spices, and flavored with spirits such as wine, kirsch, or almond liquor.  Delicious!

Besides being a lovely dessert, Syllabub is a trio of musicians who play for English country dances. Syllabub is Mara Shea (violin), Walt Robinson (recorders), and Julie Gorka (keyboard, harp). They live in Raleigh, North Carolina.
